This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the El Paso Community College (“EPCC”) and the participant (“Participant”) in the law enforcement training schedule program. WHEREAS, EPCC offers a comprehensive law enforcement training schedule program designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in law enforcement careers; and WHEREAS, the Participant desires to enroll in the law enforcement training schedule program offered by EPCC; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: |
